Genesis Philosophy

Genesis Daycare Nurseries have a long history and tradition within Milnrow, & we expanded to Rochdale a few years ago. The aim of the management & staff is to provide an atmosphere of happiness, comfort & safety in which in which every child in our care feels secure & totally at ease.

We work to make every one of our children successful in social skills so they can enjoy the friendship of other children in the nursery, & feel the same confidence when interacting with adults.

The children in our care are encouraged to develop at their own pace within a structure of organised activities & play. We strive to develop a variety of activities & situations wherein your child can gain a whole range of experiences.

We believe in parents having access to all information relative to the nursery. The latest Ofsted inspection reports, & our policies & procedures, are available for viewing in our reception, & each child's Learning Journey can be provided upon request.

For sharing information, we have Open Days & suggestion boxes. Parents are encouraged to ask any questions they wish & to make suggestions to increase, or improve, nursery activities. We want all parents to feel as comfortable in the nursery as their children.
