Information Required From You

When you enrol your child in Genesis Day Care Nursery Ltd we will require you to fill in an enrolment form & sign our Terms & Conditions. Please make sure you read & understand all the rules & conditions contained in our introductory brochure as signing the Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of them. The enrolment form is our 'hard' copy of your details (which we are required to keep by O.F.S.T.E.D.). These details will also be logged into our systems. You have the right, & are encouraged to see this information on-screen to check it's authenticity.

All of this information & any other information to which we may later have knowledge will be treated as confidential & will not be disclosed to any other party who does not have a specific legal right to have access to such information.
